Return Eligibility Due to the nature of seeds, returns are generally not accepted once the package has been opened or the seal is broken, as the product cannot be resold.
- Returns are accepted only if the package remains unopened and sealed.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A clear unboxing video of the package is required when requesting a return.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
